Cycle Guide: Norfolk Suffolk & Essex Well everybody knows that this is the flat bit of the UK - well not quite The English tourist authority call the region Englands cycling county - well it isnt really but we spent 2 years on and off cycling it and we got a surprise - the weather was great and so was the cycling. This is our largest book yet and the routes take you through some of the finest farmed countryside in the UK - through or around fields of cereal or veg by meandering rivers or just peddling the old pack-horse roads. The book also contains forest and canal routes together with trails around some of the regions reservoirs.
